Creole Seasonings

Creole Seasoning Mix

2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon pepper

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to season chicken, seafood, steaks or vegetables.

Yields about 1/2 cup.
